Been a little under the weather this last week. I finished my comprehensive exams for my MFA on Thursday and Friday, and as soon as that was over I headed over to Global Game Jam! At Game Jam, I pitch a game, found 2 awesome dudes named Casey and Charles and together we created Infinity Snake.
The way Game Jam works is they revile a theme and get 5-10 minutes to put a pitch together. The theme was Ouroboros, a dragon eating his own tail. My pitch was 'Classic Snake meets Pac-man' The longer you get the more points you get when you cannibalize yourself. Will you consume yourself at the most opportune moment or will your greed get the best of you? After the pitch you get a few minutes to convince people to join your team. Then you get 48 hours to make a game. So check it out.
