Here's the folding knife game model with AO and normal maps.  Textures baked in Maya and xNormal.  This model proposed some interesting challenges to get a really good bake.  I used both hard edges and supporting edges to remove smoothing issues.  The folding knife is roughly 3,100 Tris.  Modeled in Maya and ZBrush, rendered in Maya with mental ray.
